Experienced. Certified. Supportive.
I am Russ, a Health, Wellbeing and Lifestyle Coach with in-depth experience and expertise gained from my current work with the NHS, and previous work with the National Diabetes Prevention Program and the Australian Public and Private Sectors.

I hold professional qualifications in Paramedical Science, Counselling, Sports Nutrition, Nutritional Therapy, Mediation, Negotiation, NLP and NSP.
